The Grez Mendocino 12 is a compact  (13.25"), light weight (5.6lbs) semi-hollobody guitar  with the voice of a full size semi-hollowbody.  Its strong voice is imparted by the nature of it's internal structure and a high quality, acoustic guitar grade, Old Growth Redwood top.

Bodies cut from  large, one piece Honduran Mahogany billets enhance sustain.

Carbon fiber reinforced necks are stiffer allowing for greater note to note uniformity because of less interaction between neck resonant frequencies and fretted notes.
